Tried calling the dealership 5 times on 3 days, each time was connected to various voicemail boxes rather than an actual person. We never got a return call. When we finally asked to speak to the service manager, he set us up with an appointment and the service guys were great. Truck was done in less than an hour. So my real advice is to not bother leaving a message because they won't return your call.
Scheduling an appointment was easy by phone and accommodated by schedule. Service was quick and thorough. The Service Technician called me with the concern. Checking out and picking up my car was easy and the cashier was pleasant.
Air conditioner not working properly but did not register a "code" for them to read. Tech drove my car about 70 miles but could not find the problem. (I told them it was intermittent) I was told a tech would talk to me but no one was there to talk to.. Only communication was a notation on my bill that they did not find a problem. Not very happy with them. (PS. same issue happened within 20 min. of leaving the dealership.) It only cost me a half tank of gas, 4 days without my car because the supplied rental was so small I was afraid to drive it, Sloppy!
Brian, my sales rep, was amazing. He provided the best service I've ever had buying a new car. The entire process was easy from my first internet inquiry to delivery. I definitely recommend this dealer and Brian.
