At first it was not great. We the talked to the service manager Steve and he then made an assessment on my car. He determine what needed to be done. My car was fixed in a timely manner and was covered under warranty.
Brian M was our sales rep and he was wonderful to work with! He went out of his way to make our buying experience a good one. In fact, it's the best one we have ever had and believe me, we have purchased a lot of vehicles through GMAC! He was kind, courteous, and firm but fair. He even delivered our rental car back to Enterprise for us, because it was late in the evening and pouring down rain. Since we had a long drive ahead of us, he said he'd see that it was returned. This was even after the dealership had closed! He stayed to ensure we knew how everything worked before we drove off! Awesome customer service!! We would definitely purchase another vehicle from him should we be in the area again. I also want to add that Denise in the service dept was wonderful too. She fit us in for a diagnostic test on our vehicle, arranged a rental car, and kept us informed through the entire process. Unfortunately repairs were way too much money to spend on a 2002 vehicle, so we decided to opt out and make a new purchase.
Only took 1/2 hour to get oil changed, fluids checked, and 2 filters changed However the air pressures in my tires don���t agree with the technitions readings. He did however update the computer as it now says 99% on oil
staff is great forgot to put cover on my tires on right side of my car. i went back on monday and they placed cover on my tires . i do not my monthly report on my computer last one was in January Denise said she would take care of it . Denise and Craig are great always helpful thank you !!!
The, due to quality of service for my 2016 Chev, was a far cry, from my previous experiences at your deakership . The service I received was very disappointing, as my vehicle never received a new oil filter, that I requested, and was charged for.
