First and foremost service writer Denise is great and so is service mgr Steve. This needed service was not their fault. The person (mechanic??) which I have my doubts is the one responsible. If he or she would have made sure the job was done right the first time it wouldn't have had to come back. Then they said antifreeze was good. Just because it's pink does not make it good. It came back +12 instead of -34. Really disgusted this time.Lucky the motor didn't burn up because of your mistake.And to top it all up we got stuck at the top of the mountain in full construction zone with only two lanes.
Everyone was courteous and professional from the person who made the appointment to the last one I dealt with. The waiting area was comfortable and our salesman who sold us our car greeted us and offered refreshments. The mechanic explained everything that was looked at and done.
